Sandra Dean is an international leadership coach, speaker, and award-winning author. She works with women leaders to guide them to new levels of impact, fulfillment and achievement. She encourages emerging leaders to step up to a new level of leadership and empowerment and take charge of their own lives in a whole new way.
Sandra has presented globally to thousands of leaders. She blends over four decades of teaching, leadership, and consulting experience with the latest research to offer practical strategies to go beyond everyday success and live life to its fullest. Sandra is renowned for her ability to guide diverse groups of stakeholders to develop innovative and collaborative solutions to complex challenges. Her mission is to inspire leaders to harmonize the wisdom of their hearts with the insights of their minds, and become purposeful, passionate and impactful leaders."
Sandra Dean calls on leaders to step up and work with her to co-create A New Era of Leadership where working together we help everyone wake up, recognize their unique gifts and talents, and how much more they are capable of. She asks them to step into a higher level of leadership and play their unique part in moving the world forward in a positive direction.
Sandra has presented to educators, politicians, business, and other community leaders on a variety of topics globally. Sandra’s work has been showcased by the Organization for Economic Development, (OECD), the United Nations and The Canadian Government. She has presented to a White House Presidential Commission on Hispanic American Affairs. She has delivered numerous workshops and presentations to corporations such as General Electric, General Motors, Royal Bank, and Scotia Bank International, where her work has deep relevance for organizations and businesses with an interest in helping employees grow, develop, unleash their creativity and innovation and step into a higher level of leadership. Sandra has also presented her work to the Governments of Spain, Norway, Australia, Grenada, and Trinidad & Tobago at the invitation of their Prime Ministers or senior leaders.
Sandra has worked with Governments and Ministries of Education to incorporate her leadership work into the areas of executive development, organizational culture, school business and community partnerships, employee engagement and accountability. Sandra’s Hearts and Minds Leadership model has been recognized throughout the world.
Outside of her passion for coaching and guiding leaders to work with her to co-create A New Era of Leadership, Sandra is an avid reader, world traveller and devoted grandmother.
